BEFORE YOU MOVE IN
HOLDING DEPOSIT
A holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent required which will be refunded at start of tenancy unless:
- The tenant withdraws
- The tenant does not take all reasonable steps to enter the tenancy
- The tenant fails the right to rent check
- The tenant provides misleading information which materially affects their suitability to rent the property

VARIATION OF CONTRACT: £50
(or reasonable costs).
EARLY TERMINATION OF TENANCY REQUESTED BY TENANT (& AGREED BY LANDLORD)
Tenant is liable for rent and utilities until new tenant moves in, along with reasonable costs incurred for finding new tenant.
OTHER FEES AND CHARGES
Lost Key Fee: £ REASONABLE cost
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments: Interest at 3% above bank of England Base Rate from date due
